実を言えばわたしの眼はあなたを愛してはいないのですよ
なぜならあなたがたくさんの過ちを犯していることに気づいているからです
でもわたしの心はわたしの眼が軽蔑するものを愛してしまうのです
心は眼と相反して盲目的に愛してしまうのです、
わたしの耳もまたあなたの声音に快さを感じることはなく
触れ方も繊細ではなくややもするといやらしい感じになり
味覚も嗅覚もあなたと二人きりで快楽に耽ることを欲しないのです
でもわたしの五つの知恵も五感も
わたしの愚かな心があなたに仕えてしまうのを引き留めることができず
わたしの心が抜け殻のような男をコントロールできないので
男は気位の高いあなたの心の奴隷あるいは従者になってしまうのです、
ただこの恋煩いだけがこれまでにわたしの得たものなのです
わたしに罪を犯させた彼女こそわたしに痛みを与えるのです。
